Hello, my name is Veronica Tosado. I have been working with the company for a few years now, it is a good company, and everyone treats each other like family. I learned a lot of things as the time went by. I have been a caregiver for 9 years and I love the work I do. My job description entails getting the elderly ready for their activities of daily living like personal care, medication reminder, meal preparation, companionship and so much more. I am so thankful that Hope Home Care chose me to work in a great environment.

I have been an employee of Hope Home Care since 2017 and I enjoy working here. I find the staff at hope as warm and welcoming, as well as positive and professional especially during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Hope gave its employees a hazard pay bonus as a way to encourage and show their appreciation for the work they were doing at such a difficult time and stressful time. I felt supported and cared for by the CEO of Hope, Mrs. Helene Kouassi and the rest of the team after my accident, which led me to be out of work for many months. The Hope Home Care team made well visits and called frequently to check on me and my progress. They reassured me that my job would still be available after my recovery, which made it easy for me to focus on getting better. I recommend Hope to any one because I find no fault in the company.
